Huile pour friture<br \/>\n7. Sel et poivre<br \/>\n8. 1 citron \u00e0 r\u00e2per pour le zeste<\/p>\n<p>Instructions pas \u00e0 pas :<br \/>\n1. Commencez par r\u00e2per la mozzarella et l&rsquo;ail en utilisant votre assiette \u00e0 r\u00e2per en c\u00e9ramique.<br \/>\n2. D\u00e9coupez les filets de poulet en tranches d&rsquo;\u00e9minc\u00e9.<br \/>\n3. Dans un bol, battez l&rsquo;\u0153uf, ajoutez l&rsquo;ail r\u00e2p\u00e9, le sel, ainsi que le poivre selon votre go\u00fbt.<br \/>\n4. Trempez les \u00e9minc\u00e9s de poulet dans cette pr\u00e9paration avant de les enrober de chapelure.<br \/>\n5.
